If I have been approved for a $300,000 Reverse Mortgage, do I pay Interest on the $300k limit, or on the amount I actually use?

With a Reverse Mortgage, you only ever get charged interest on the amount you actually use (or draw down). Regardless of the approved limit, the lender will only calculate interest on the amount you actually use. Think of it like a large credit card that is secured against your home.
