For as long as I've listened to the radio I've been a fan and active supporter of community radio. Community radio, as the name suggests exists to serve & support the community in which they operate. They provide a platform for local and diverse programming across music, news and conversation.
In an increasingly global and mass media dominated landscape this matters more than ever. So UNO has decided to put its money and mouth behind this belief. We are rolling out a program to actively support community radio stations across Australia, starting with 2ser (107.3) based and broadcasting from (and to!) Greater Sydney
We start by becoming a business supporter of the station but are taking it one step further by donating a $100 from every loan that settles via a UNO broker where the client is a 2Ser member or willing to become one. If you're not yet a supporter of the station then if you advise us that you discovered UNO via 2Ser then we'll donate $100 as well, just need to let us know or use the dedicated 2ser link when you start the process with UNO which will let us know automatically.
We are excited to launch this program of supporting community radio stations generally, starting with 2Ser 107.3.
